Household Hazardous Waste collection April 30 at Tuxedo Park
Accepting cleaning and lawn chemicals, paint, used oil, florescent light bulbs, etc.
Household hazardous waste collections will take place in Southeast Nebraska with a collection day in Crete on Saturday, April 30, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Tuxedo Park, entrance on West 13th Street and Tuxedo Road. Please note the contact information for this event below.

Items accepted include cleaning products, lawn and garden chemicals, paint, used oil, antifreeze, florescent light bulbs and other hazardous household items. View event information: English and Spanish
Please bring materials in disposable containers no larger than 5 gallons or 50 pounds. Containers will not be returned.
Not accepted: farm chemicals, tires, appliances, science lab chemicals, items containing asbestos, wood preservatives, PCB’s, explosives, or commercial quantities.
HHW program personnel reserve the right to reject any materials.
A $5 donation per household requested to help keep these events going.
